\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe shores of Lake Neuch\u00e2tel on the canton of Vaud side are home to the Bonvillars wineproducing area.\r\n\r\nPrecipitation here is the canton\u2019s lowest and the area enjoys a very favourable microclimate.
