Do you like structured and fine wines? You will love our Chasselas parcellaire AU CLOS! Produced from a plot of land exposed to the first morning sun, this gastronomic wine goes beautifully with a fish dish or even white meat, thanks to its long finish and balance.
Grape variety : Chasselas
Particularity : Made from three different Chasselas selections (redwood, old vine and a variety from Changins)
Character : A nose with aromas of ripe pear with a nice balance in the mouth and a fine structure.
Recommended for : Aperitif, fish dishes and white meat.
Temperature : 10 to 12°C
Garde : 1 to 3 years
