LA DESTINÉE also received the Terravin quality label. Although it is also made from Chasselas, it is different from its Villette cousin. The heavy, clayey soil of the Epesses terroir confers a fruitier character to this generous wine. This intensely aromatic wine, which is perfect with appetizers and fish, has a mineral finish.
