L’Escargot Or Séléction is a barrel-aged wine. This range focuses on the balance of grape varieties that are representative of the AOC Vaud terroir, while at the same time creating a modern wine. The proportions of grape varieties and the vinification process are specific to each range.
Grape variety: Gamaret, Pinot Noir, Divico
Special feature: Matured in oak casks
Character: The combination of Gamaret, Pinot Noir and Divico gives the blend remarkable complexity. You can expect a multitude of aromas and flavour nuances, from fruity and spicy to floral.
