LE MERVEILLEUX, a red wine novelty, stands out with its predominance of black fruit flavours, particularly cherries. The classic vinification in vats of this assemblage of Diolinor and Gamaret develops the entire intensity of the fruit. This wine goes wonderfully well with a good meal, particularly meat dishes.
Grape variety: Diolinoir, Gamaret
Special feature : The Diolinoir grape variety is a cross between the Robin Noir and the Pinot Noir. The Gamaret is also a cross between two grape varieties, both were created in Pully in 1970. Very interesting grape varieties for blending.
Character : A wine with a ruby-red color and purple reflections, with a beautiful vivacity and black fruit aromas. In the mouth, a beautiful balanced structure, with robust and smooth tannins.
