SENSORIEL, an assemblage wine for laying down, will sublimate all your dishes thanks to its finesse and balance. The tannins of the Garanoir grapes that are vinified in barrels are in harmony with the notes of red fruits from different red grapes that are matured in vats. The result: a nose of black cherry and almond and a rich, full-bodied palate.
Grape variety : Pinot noir, Garanoir, Gamay
Special feature : A red blend that will surprise you with its finesse and balance.
Character : Nose of black cherry and almond, good fullness in the mouth with notes of red fruits. Superb final balance with its ripe tannins.
Recommended : Main dish, red meat and wild game.
