For this cellar-finished blend, we have chosen a base of Chasselas and refined it with a touch of Pinot Gris to achieve a particularly delicate result. This blend marks Jacques and Aurélia’s lucky number.
Grape variety: Chasselas, Pinot Gris
Special feature: The blend of Chasselas and Pinot Gris creates a harmonious balance between freshness and sweetness.
Character: The fruity notes are enhanced and offer rich and seductive flavours.
