Being matured in barrels for fourteen months, ARPENT has elegant aromas of wood. Connoisseurs immediately identify the toasty and chocolaty aromas that are characteristic of this vinification. ARPENT, an assemblage of Garanoir and Syrah, is a wine for laying down and accompanies all red meat dishes.
Grape variety : Winemaker’s improvisation
Special feature : Aged for 14 months in barrels, from different coopers.
Character : Roasted, slightly vanilla nose, long lasting, peppery and structured tannins
Recommended : Main dishes, red meat and cheese.
Temperature : 14 to 18°C
