What better accompaniment for a sweet appetizer, an Asian dish or a terrine than the honeyed flavour of PINOT GRIS? Its small, pinkish-grey grapes lend their colour to the bottle neck. This grape is sweeter than Chasselas and yields a structured wine with a hint of citrus fruit and even lychee.

Character : Structured wine with a citrus nose, a good length in mouth with a side of honey and a note of acidity.
Recommended : Starters, fish dishes, Asian cuisine, white meat.
