Legendary, this red grape variety specific to the Lavaux vineyards, which almost disappeared in the 1960s, certainly deserves its name! Our PLANT ROBERT surprises with its lively and tense attack. Its fruity aromas, its peppery notes and its beautiful tannins go well with mushrooms or pasta bolognese, for example.

Particularity : Old selection of Lavaux from the Gamay grape variety
Character : Complex in the mouth with notes of ripe fruit and spices, with a dark robe. A wine for ageing with a lot of subtlety
Recommended for : Main course, red meat and game birds
